Enrique und Kira teilen fast alles. Vom Bett, ueber Spielzeug bis hin zum Essen, wobei beim letzteren selbstverstaendlich nur Kira von Enrique nascht und nicht umgekehrt.

Enrique and Kira share almost everything. The bed, the toys, even the food. In the case of food, only Kira steals from Enrique, not the other way around.

Wenn es jedoch an Kira's Ball geht, kennt sie kein Erbarmen. Da will sie klar stellen, wer der Boss ist und das klingt manchmal ganz schoen beaengstigend.

But when it comes to Kiras ball, she does not understand jokes. She makes sure, that Enrique understands who is the boss and this sounds very scary.

Enrique krabbelt - Enrique is crawling

Den Gedanken, dass Enrique jemals krabbeln wird, hatten Papa und Mama schon begraben:
Mom and Dad had buried the thought of seeing Enrique crawling at some point a while ago:


1. Weil Enrique von Anfang an ungern auf dem Bauch lag und somit die Krabbelposition nicht entdecken konnte. (siehe Blog: "Sportstunde" vom 23.07.07)

Because Enrique did not like the tummy position from the beginning on and therefore he could not discover how to start to crawl. (see Blog: "Sports class" from 23.07.07)

2. Weil Enrique schon die ersten Schritte machte und seine Eltern deshalb der Meinung waren, dass er die Krabbelphase ueberspringen wuerde. (siehe Blog: "Die ersten Schritte" vom 25.02.08)

Because Enrique already took his first steps and so his parents thought, he will skip the crawling process. (see Blog: "First steps" from 25.02.08)

3. Weil Enrique von Tag zu Tag stabiler stehen konnte; mittlerweile reichte eine Hand als Hilfestellung. (08.03.08)

Because Enrique was standing better and better; at this point the help of just one hand was necessary. (08.03.08)

Enrique wagt sich vorsichtig aus der Sitzposition ...

Nur 5 Tage spaeter krabbelt Enrique professionell und geht somit auf Entdeckungsreise durch die gesamte Wohnung. Probleme sind damit vorprogrammiert.

Only 5 days later Enrique is crawling with ease and starts his discovery journey through the whole apartment. This is when the trouble starts.
